I'm scared of being unhealthy. Sticking to a balanced diet is so hard when junk food is so easy. I'm trying to get a bit fitter, So tonight I went swimming and done a few lengths, I'm doing a gentle workout 3 times a week (that's body toning, not becoming miss universe) and stretching every day. My dance classes are getting harder every month and now our teacher is putting us into competition training as she expects some of us to compete in the October competition.
Which means I need to find a piece of music I want to dance to and then choreograph a routine to it. I'm gonna need all the luck I can get for just that part, never mind the actual competition.
I want a good piece of hard, dirty music but something that's also catchy and bouncy. I need lyrics too, a song is only music if there's no lyrics. 3mins I think is a good time for a dance
