Okay so can I just take a freaking minute to rant about phone companies. What the hell is happening there. I cancelled Sprint. I was told on the phone and had an agent note my account and read back to me the note that as left confirming that I would NOT have a cancellation fee. So in addition to this I paid the bill they said I owed, and was told to hold off on the remaining amount on my bill because there would be adjustments to my account and I would get an updated bill with adjustments listed. Then I should pay it.

I'm think, "Allright, no problem. Pay what you owe, they'll adjust the bill and then you pay the final bill and everything is fine."

WTF....how freaking hard can it be, I mean seriously!

So I get a residual bill says, I owe $4.52. I pay this amount. That bill says it was the final amount owed on my account. No problem. All is good in phone land.

OH NO!!! I get a bill today. Three weeks later. This bill says I have a past due amount??? I owe a cancellation fee??? In addition to this there are late charges on my account. HUH!!!

So I call them, one agent says that she sees the bill that was sent to me for $4.52 and sees that I payed it. Then she says, she sees the notes about the cancellation fee, being waived, but they were charged. HMMM and I have to bring this to your attention????

So her manager says, "That bill for $4.52 doesn't exist." She doesn't know what I'm talking about. HUH!!!! So 55 minutes of my life later, I finally get sorted out that I still owe, however they are removing all the fees that they erroneously charged, but Hello?

GRRRRRRRR!!!
