Yeah, when your set gets accepted into the MR queue, you should get some sort of notice of when it will go public or be able to see the date in the MR queue.  I think as a hopeful, you get access to the queue to see the date.  If you aren't finding it, see if there is a thread related to it in the Hopefuls group or ask your question there.  Other hopefuls, models, or staff are the only people who could tell you for certain.
