How are you? Hope you had a great weekend!

Today I would like to share with you the amazing experience I had last week. I visited a beautiful place in the city where I live, in the State of Rio de Janeiro. I'll leave some photos here. I always say here how nature is my safe place, my source of inspiration. I always feel really good when I take the time to connect with myself in this way.

I've been struggling a lot with my anxiety and being in such a quiet place is relieved.

I believe that sometimes we need to get out of our routine and understand that simple things matter and that our feelings matter. What is your source of inspiration? What do you do to get out of the rut a little? We're living hard times so make sure you take care of your mental health!
