Today I would like to share some favorite parts of my daily routine. I think it would be great for us to get to know each other in a more intimate way, right? First of all, I couldn't even have a routine without a good dose of strong coffee. I'm a bit addicted to it, I must confess haha. Coffee makes my routine so much better and I feel really happy and relaxed.
And other favorite part of my routine is dancing. I am not a professional dancer but I really like to move my body a little and feeling the rhythm of the music makes me happy and helps me to get the stress out of my body!
Besides that, usually i take a small part of my day to connect with nature. Whether walking in a park or just looking at the sky for a few seconds. I think it's really important to take those little breaks on stressful days.
