My back looks awesome i am so psyched. Smile i just thought i would share that bit with everyone out there.

Last night was one of my friend kelly's 20th B-day and we went to go see MatchBox 20 with Sugar Ray....Sadly enough Sugar Ray really sucked live but Match Box 20 had wonderful lights and amazing intensity. It wasnt what i am used to in a concert (i didnt get bloodied in a pit and we were in seats) but it was really good none the less.

Work is going well i got another raise that went through this month so my pockets are happy for a while. I also just started on a new diet and i am feeling great. I am suck a sucker for good food that this is going to be hard but It is worth it (not to loose weight) just to eat healthy.


well that is it for now just know that things are great and i am looking to keep expanding horizons.
