Working night shifts then having days off is hard on my sleep pattern.
I've had a headache for the last week or so, which is highly annoying to say the least.
Not much else to report in about though to be fair, my life never really gets too exciting.

Never actually heard of that before, i dont know if you can get it in the UK. I shall have a look for it although things like codeine aren't having alot of effect on the headaches!!
