i'm going to suggest you run away up to the olympic hot springs. they're great this time of year and in another week or two there won't be much, if any snow on the road grade up to them.
you can just drink a beer and lay on back. it's uber relaxing.
and any job you get fired from isn't the job for you. i've learned that. i ended up with a job twice as nice as my old job after being fired. the universe works out. when there is a vacuum it gets filled and when there is need opportunity knocks.

So sorry to hear that about your job. Things have away of working themselves out.
