I have had a stroke of genius. Which is really cool.

Ok, so we all know that work visa, application processes, becoming a citizen, all that jolly stuff...is EXPENSIVE and very difficult. So!!!!!!!!

There is one and only one other place besides england (and italy) that I would want to go. That place is Portland, Oregon. I lived there 15 years ago and still remember it very fondly and wish I had never moved, to tell you the truth.

So what I am thinkin, is, i will try to move there ASAP and work on my moving to the UK thing from there. It will take a while and is not going to be easy.

One thing though....Anyone know how I can get a really cheap flight to the UK, roundtrip??? Doubtfull...but I was thinkin how cool it would be if I could just take a one month leave of absence from my work and spend a month over there. The ONLY issue I would have there, is thats a couple grand out of my savings, which would mean I have to wait longer to move.

Actually, if I budget well (and STICK to it) then it would only force me to wait an extra two to three months. But wise old men will tell me to wait till spring to move, if I take time off work.

Hmmm....I better make this choice now. I want august off work....hey UK kids, if I come visit during August, do any of you want to hang out with me????
