Had some friends come up from home this weekend, so we hada little reunion and did some serious bar crawling in San Francisco the past couple of days. Unfortunately on the way back home some crazy ass old man pulled a U-turn from the shoulder of a 4 lane highway and crashed into us. We spun acrossed four lanes of traffic and onto the opposite...

Back 2 school. Great. 3 days relaxing at home, 3 days laying drunk on the beach in Mexico, and 8AM class today. Not back into the school frame of mind, I just want a nap.

Ever have days where every little thing reminds you of your ex? and you date others but find yourself not listening? and you think you are over the person, but...

SPRING BREAK!!!! No schoolwork for 9 glorious days. HEading down to Mexico for a few days, and chillin at home with my parents. My dog just had 8 puppies of the great dane variety two days ago, so that's a bonus. It's Friday, it's beautiful, and I am in the library studying. Well Happy Hour is in a few hours, and there I will find drunken redemption. You gotta love a school that charges you an arm and a leg for education, but at least has the decency to get you drunk once a month. Heading to San Francisco tomorrow though, good times, good times.

1 month into grad school. Good times. I've never done so much reading in my life. I found time for a little disc golf and a trip to New Orleans for Mardi Gras though. It's raining, which is conducive to studying, so my ass is going to get back to work.
sophie:
aw. you're the precious.

grad school is tough stuff. i had the very same impression about one month in. about two years in i had this impression: "thesis? fuck that! i quit!"

hm.

don't do what i did. it will be nice to have that extra couple of letters after your name.

nevermind. do whatever makes you happy.

rock rock the monterey. woo hoo!
arlo:
new orleans?! i'm so jealous. i love that city (well, at least the french quarter) to death.

i am not, however, jealous of your homework.

xox.

ps. if you're going to ad me, you could AT LEAST comment on my set (not my journal, the actualy set)

Day 1 GET OUT OF MY HEAD!!!! Wait, i'm typing this aren't I? Well then, this begins my journal. This also begins my time in grad school, so anyone bored enough to be reading it can watch my sanity wax and wane with the semesters over the next 2 years. Fun stuff. biggrin
