So ya, Thanksgiving has come and gone. Food was good, as was the many nights of drinking with high school and college friends back home. I could have done without nearly getting jumped by several very angry gangsters after *they* nearly crashed into my car while I was stopped at a red light. Oh, and for anyone who may happen to think I am stereotyping, one dude was wearing all blue with gold chains and gold teeth, and the others were dressed similar. In LA, we call these people Crips. Anyway, I talked my way out of it and am now back in Monterey finishing up the semester, impatiently awaiting winter vacation. I might pick up a second job tutoring HS kids for the SATs, that shit pays well and who can pass up an opportunity to influence the youth in such apositive way? Or just maybe fuck with their heads. Gotta get through these last two weeks in one piece first...
