I'd never considered myself a boot person until I came across these beauties at Target. For the hella low price of $35, these babies earned themselves a spot in my shoe collection. They're comfy. They're smooth. They're simple in design, but the right pair of socks can make them pop. They go with pretty much anything. I feel like a bit of an adventurer when I wear them.
Not the hunt-and-kill kind of adventurer. The scholar. The person in pursuit of knowledge and wisdom. The adventurer that would hardly bat an eye at "treasure" and would drool over tomes and scrolls.
Call it my overactive imagination, but these boots make me think and dream and invent whole new worlds and stories. It's silly, isn't it? A simple pair of shoes affecting me so much? It never really takes much to capture my attention, but at this caliber? It's pretty rare. I think I'll wear these until they're run ragged.
I can only hope you've found something so incredibly, ironically, wonderfully, insignificantly...significant.
