I keep hearing about people finding Jesus in prison. What did he do to be put away for long enough that generations of felons keep finding him there? Why is that the fundamentalists are in power, but yet the cornerstone of their dogmatic agenda is left to rot in our penal systems?

Gee. Sounds like you've got something against Jesus. Can't say I really feel the same. People really fucking misuse Jesus's name. And pray and ask for things that are stupid and meaningless, i.e. touchdowns and stuff. Then they want to blame Jesus for everything that goes wrong. I personally don't think cancer is cured by chemo or meds. I think it's more of an inner thing. You have to fight it in your heart and mind. If you give in, that's when it overcomes you. That's just my experience with illness in general though.

Me too. Right now I'm in kind of a mellow acoustic guitar mood.

A mate of mine couldn't sleep for more than three hours a night. If he got that, he considered himself lucky.

Make sure you don't eat ginger, or drink alcohol, or eat spicy food, or drink caffeine, and all that shit. And yoga is really awesome for getting to sleep, if you do it earlier in the day.

You shouldn't miss out on sleep. It's a wonderful thing. If worse comes to worst, check out the local Chinese herbalist.
