A mate of mine couldn't sleep for more than three hours a night. If he got that, he considered himself lucky.
Make sure you don't eat ginger, or drink alcohol, or eat spicy food, or drink caffeine, and all that shit. And yoga is really awesome for getting to sleep, if you do it earlier in the day.
