Been sleeping well the last few nights/mornings, though I was up and down three or four times today. It's helped improved my mood and my energy levels a bit, though this morning's frustrations have me a bit groggy at the moment. I guess I should have taken pills to knock myself out again. Whatever happened to natural, healthy sleep in my life?
Got a digital camera the other day. Might come in useful to capture some images of the people in my life and the strange shit I see from time to time. I sometimes go on walks on my dinner break now. I pass through a burned out downtown that's slowly getting decimated into one parking lot after another and walk into an affluent neighborhood with just a little more than a block separating them. It's funny and sad at the same time.
Homeless on benches and meth-addicts panhandling to the south. Soccer moms jogging and powerwalking just a little ways to the north. Makes me want to listen to the Dead Boys for some reason.
