Geesh! It's been awhile since I've posted anything here. 
I guess I actually feel like saying something today,......so here's an update:
I'm moving out of my apartment by mid-March. I was offered a decent deal from my boss who owns a small house right being the hospital. A 2BR/1BA 980sqft bungalow for $700/mth. Now that's a steal for a south Tampa home right now. It would be so nice not listening to the upstairs jungle/circus and I would have a yard and a covered back porch. Did I mention that in the morning I would simply have to wallk out the back door, out the back gate, and across the parking lot and in the backdoor to my work. I like simple things and simple strategies. That was the hope and the too good to be true dream. I walked into the place today with the co-worker who lives there, to evaluate wall sizes and painting needs. She has many pets, so I knew there would be shit in the backyard. The backdoor was busted. When she opened it, I immediately smelled urine and feces.The wood floors looked grimey and gooey with packed in dirt. Paint was chipping off the wall, cracks in the ceiling, closet doors missing, wires hanging in the hallway, bad pipe work through the house and nasty old cabinets The place looked like HELL! I then had an anxiety attack. She assured me that it will be clean by move in. I'm so freaked out about the condition of this place right now and the time frame if they fix this shit. I may want to look elsewhere. I'm on a time crunch now.

I'm sorry the place is such a nightmare. I reallly hope that they keep good to their word and get it cleaned up.
