One thing I find is my temper is like that car outta control.
I try not to focus on the negative, but I am also jus learning to meditate or focus on sumthing else.
Trying not drink & party so much.
U know when ur told all ur life theres one true 'GOD' one true 'Teacher'
Well then, why cant I defeat this depression, From this one true teaching?
well I am finding many ways, still attached to some of my christian beliefes, looking into Buddism, which is hard when u have no one around to help u in that teaching.
But I take things day to day, sum good sum bad. & read as much as I can including here, which is funny in a way, but it suits me & the way think.
