Are you still up for doing an SG Big Bear trip? I remember you mentioned you've got a cabin up there....
I found out that the beginning of May would be an ideal time to go hiking up there. The snow will be melted away by that time and the waterfalls should be a-flowing. You have to see this spot....it's beautiful!! And it should be a particularly beautiful spring this year due to all the rain we've had. Let me know if you're still interested!
