alright. well, its been quite the eventful week. i went to see the dandy warhols play for 3 hours at the fillmore. i was very impressed. not many bands excite me anymore. i think im getting old. i stayed out late and hung out with some friends from the city. i took the next day off work so i could be sure to make it happen.

then thursday on the way to work some dude rear ends me hardcore rendering my car undriveable. so i didnt get to work that day and had to spend most of the day on the phone with my insurance company, AAA, the body shop, and my lawyer. not the most ideal to spend your day.

then i went to the med center on saturday to get 'checked up' to make i didnt kill anything inside me. my dad once ruptured his spleen in a car accident and didnt realize it till he almost died of internal bleeding. anyway -- long story short. CRACKHEADS! it was like all the crackheads in town were having a bbq and the location was the emergency room. so wait around for 4 hours (luckily i thought ahead and brought a book) to get checked. im fine other than some muscle stiffness so they send me away with a prescription for vicodine and valium.

whew. exciting weekend of bullshit i didnt need. i guess optimistically everythings is alright other than the giant pain in my ass this has caused. oh well -- these things happen i guess. time to get back to normality.
