I just haven't been sleeping.
I got in bed at 11:30 last night and maybe slept from 3-7:30am.

So, I started P90x this morning and BOY WAS IT HARD!! I want to get in better shape. I'm in basically the worst shape of my life thus far (getting older doesn't help, I'm sure). I try to be active in general but laziness is a powerful powerful force and is mighty hard to reckon with.
