What now...

Thinking about just going for a long walk. I've got nothing to do and no one to do it with. No where I have to be and no reason to be home- or anywhere else for that matter. If I stay home I'll just end up sitting around and watching tv shows on Netflix, if I walk around I'll what... listen to much? Listen to Podcasts most likely I suppose. Where will I end up? Bring my camera, take some pictures? Of what? Where? What's the point?

This Friday I tried something new. I went indoor rock climbing- something I'd been meaning to try for a long time. Hell, I've even bought a groupon deal for it before and just didn't use it. I found someone on Craigslist who was looking for a someone to go with and I went. I enjoyed it, did better than I thought and then got really really sore. Fingers hurting, forearms hurting, arms and shoulders fatigued. I think this might be a fun challenge and new exercise option for me. I've never been able to get into weight lifting, it's so monotonous and boring. With this I find it fun and my results will be getting to the top of a route I couldn't make it to before which will be satisfying and I'll get the upper body workout I've been yearning for.

Yesterday I went on a long bike ride that royally kicked my ass. It was WAY more hilly than I anticipated. In the end I did less than half of what I very ambitiously planned to do but it was still a hard and beautiful ride heading out to a gorgeous viewpoint that I had never been to before.

I have my brother come and pick me up at the end point then we went out for a late (3pm) breakfast and I got the pancakes that I've been hankering for for *ages*! (Very satisfying)

In the evening my bro and I met up with some coworkers and used a LivingSocial deal at a bicycle shop / bar called VeloCult in the Hollywood District. Really awesome vibe in that place. We each for 4 tasters and a pint. After all that workout and really not enough food, I was very wobbly. I'm a cheap date anyhow.

Now what?
