In fact the while reason I'm exercising is with the hope if being more likely to attract someone of the opposite sex. Will it help to feel more comfortable in my own skin? Absolutely. I'm doing this for me because finding someone would make me happy but my god I haven't ever been this miserable before. Feels like I'm watching life pass me by.
