Yep!! Just filed my paperwork for my $4768.77 small claims court lawsuit against my former roomie. Had my co-worker serve her the subpoena for me... Went a lil' something like this...
He walks up and knocks
She answers the door, sees him, big smile- he's a good lookin' fella
He asks "Ashley?"
"Yes"
"Ashley _____?"
"Yeah, that's me"
"I'm here to serve you. *hands envelope* -her expression immediately changes rather somber- Have a nice night"
