had the second baby shower today.
in other news...i think i tore my gastrocnemius (calf muscle) today. i was teaching class and suddenly i heard and felt a pop just below the back side of my knee. now i've taken enough A&P and athletic injury classes to know a "POP" sound is a bad thing. my leg suddenly went very cold, too. and now i can't walk on it. so, monday may include a visit to the doctor
