I am so distressed 
I went to this health fair today and had some "tests" done. This body fat test came up saying that I need to lose 40 pounds! What the hell?????!!!!!???? 
If I did that, I would die! There is NO FREAKING WAY that test was accurate, but it still has me stressed. I can not imagine me being just over 100 pounds...that's insane. I know, I know...just relax. But still...
So, there's my rant for the day.

my concern is more this...i am upset for the people who DON'T know better. there are probably some people who get the test done and it says they need to lose that much weight and they go out and try to do it. unsafe! at least i know better.
