Suggested rules about being a member at a health club...this can apply to other areas of life as well.

1. please pick up your dirty used towels. do not leave them scattered on the floors of the locker rooms and ESPECIALLY in the showers. Sorry, but guys, you are worse than the women are. 3 armfuls of dirty towels is not fun! So, PICK UP AFTER YOURSELF.

2. if you happen to cut yourself and use a health club towel to stop the bleeding, PLEASE EITHER STEAL THE TOWEL OR THROW IT AWAY! i really don't want to be pulling bloody towels out of the towel basket. all we do is toss them, so in this case, its ok to take them with you.

3. be nice to the front desk people. these people have way more control than you realize and if you piss them off, your gym experience can be less than incredible. so, BE NICE TO THE PEOPLE YOU MAY CONSIDER TO BE THE LITTLE PEOPLE.
