i feel like crap...this respiratory thing, whatever it is, is really getting to me. teaching today felt horrible...running on the treadmill was next to impossible. i can't breathe. yuck.

yeah, usually i drink a lot of tea...especially when i get sick...haven't had nearly enough today. think i will go do that.
