Yes, there were regular Doritos. Then they came out with Nacho Cheese Doritos. Eventually they discontinued the regular Doritos and the Nacho Cheese Doritos became the new regular Doritos. The old regular Doritos probably competed too much with the company's other big product, Fritos.

When I walked into my office yesterday, there was a black cloud hanging over the chair at my desk. No, really.
