i swear to god, i almost didn't make it home tonight. my drive to work was oddly calm (except for the last 5 minutes when i started shaking so bad that i could barely hold onto the stering wheel). so all day at work, i watched the clouds come in and listened to people saying that it's supposed to rain all week. i kept hoping that it would just hold off until i got home.
no such luck.
i guess the good think is that i did make it home, despite feeling like i was going to die.
i called a hypnotherapist today to make an appointment. i can't go on like this. it's fucking out of control. i'm out of control.
my profile pic is of me on one of my many drives home or to work. sometimes when i start to get really scared, i take pictures of myself with my camera phone to try to take my mind off driving (while i'm at red lights or stuck in traffic). it helps for that very moment.
