Hey Everyone,
I just now got into Perth to a hostel called the underground. Its pretty
special. There are a lot of shitfaced kids running around with BBQ sauce all
over their face. The streets in town are closing up right now, because there
is a Christmas parade, and town is super busy because they have the "gravity
games" (extreme games/mountain dew drinking contest), and they have the
Australian Cricket games here right now. I spent my time in the shower
listening to british dudes talking about cricket like green street
hooligans.
All in all the traveling wasn't that bad. It took about 31 hours door to
door. Brittney Murphy was definatly on my flight out of LAX, so that made me
feel pretty safe. The flight from LA I had a fat dude laying all over me,
which sucked pretty hard, and the girl next to me was tiny, but had huge
teeth, so everytime i looked at her, id think about kyle and get really
angry.
Im pretty beat right now, and very apprehensive to go talk to all these
different people, but I figure Im gonna go for a walk right now, and get some
oat soda's in the ol' belly, and then ill loosen right up. I don't have much
to talk about right now, because I was just flying for a day and a half. I
do miss December 8th, 2006 though. That day dissapeared in the flight, and
Im never ever gonna get it back.
I told the shuttle driver that I was a surfer bro, and im here for some cool
tunes and some tasty waves, and she didn't hesitate to tell me that some poor
dude got bit by a great white, and it ate his whole leg. Bummer part of it
is that where he got hit is where Im gonna go to surf at first. cool.
I figure that Im gonna stay in Perth for a couple of days, then start heading
south towards Dunsborough, where Zeke lives. I think that tomorrow Im gonna
do some stupid tourist shit here in Perth, then when I leave, im gonna go
south just a little bit to a town called freemantle, where there are ferry's
out to a sweet island with surf and beaches about 14 kms off of the coast.
>From there im gonna go south to some other town whose name escapes me, then
ill pry be hitting up dunsborough after that. Maybe even go more south and
do some cave diving and stuff. I also read about swimming with whale sharks
where the indian ocean meets some other bammer ocean. whale sharks are big.
its gonna be boss.
Anyway, Im gonna get to gettin. I miss everyone already, and can't wait to
see you, but not for a good while. Forward this email to anyone who i forgot
that gives two shits, and ill try to add em if they reply. Stay tuned for
