love the new profile pic. as for a place to live, i dunno. but definately as soon as you get there, find a coffe house (even (in fact, definately) a hole in the wall) and go there all the time. read interesting books, make grumbling noises in the corner, drink like 10 cups of black coffee a day. the friends'll come-a-runnin. no shit, i meet tons of people at the coffee house. really interesting people, too. some freaks, but that's fun too. you'll be fine. and if it sux, come the fuck back, no one wanted you to leave in the first place.

I do a little bit of everything, mostly photog and conceptual stuff. For the last year or so, I've been working on a series of pieces based on colour percentages of Road signs, and labels of household products. They look fucking cool (think Ellsworth Kelly, Blinky Palermo, etc.) and have a neat little conceptual twist at the end.
