My hair is naturally red, so when I bleach it out to color it, I can only get a deep gold at the very best. Except if I use Herbal Essences XL0. Best. Bleach. Ever. There is no comparison, no bleach comes anywhere near to this stuff. I have actually gotten close to platinum with this bleach.
So, of course, the stores near me don't carry it anymore. They have the XL1, which is still miles away from being adequate.
So now I have to order bleach online. At least I'll have a few boxes now, so I'll be set for a couple months.
Now I'm going to go try and put green on top of purple because the bleach I got didn't even take out a faded semi-permanent dye. How sad is that?
