The Michigan Decomp party is coming up. This weekend in fact. If you're a Michigan Burner, or want to be one, then you'd better have your butt there.
And check this out.. its at the dojo. (shh dont tell Adam) That's pretty cool. I feel like its on my home turf.
I was thinking that I wanted to do ..something.. for the Decomp party, and this morning/late night (I've still been having trouble sleeping) I decided what I'm going to do. I'm going to have "camp quit hittin' yourself," which will basically be whatever square foot of ground is underneath my feet at whatever particular moment. My 'attraction' will be an easily recognizable EL Wire backback, which will then hold the keys of the people who drove and will be drinking there.
Its a more police prone area than say.. the Nevada desert (actually i take that back, there are definately more cops at the real event than will be here.. hmm..) but anyway, if anything does happen, I cant be drinking that night, I believe is the rule. So if I'm going to be sober, I might as well hold the keys for people we werent going to let drive home as it is.
Problem of course is that I'd like to be a little fucked up, wouldnt you? We'll see.. maybe something that doesnt impair me all that much, because really all I need to do is write peoples' names on keys, because if I'm fucked up, chances are its still not time to let people drive yet.
