So, I haven't had a raise at work in almost two years now, our marketing department can't sell the shows we do get, and they can't seem to get any bands or concerts to come play in our awesome space(even when I mention several bands that are passing through the midwest on dates held for concerts). Now today they have passed down the word that they are freezing all raises to part-timers(even when we have had 10 people at my level graduate college or move on to jobs that have better hours) and they have restricted all overtime for the month of November(when 9/10 of our tech employees have been hired in the last month and haven't worked or have been around for years but don't take calls).
