Seriously, what about a full moon makes people bat shit crazy? 3 days leading into one and 3 days out, I have noticed this for almost 4 years now, (the time I have been working for Honda) people are absolutely rude, unstable, unreasonable and down right out of their minds. Anyone else working customer service ever notice this?
