Omg that i hate myself so much right now. I never ever got fat in my entire life. Never gain weight no matter how bad i ate or lack of exercise. But this winter i found the killer combo.
Lose your friends cause they start to have babies and stuff, dont work cause of all the corruption and recession and quit smoking. In 3 months i gain 50 pounds. I feel so ugly and disturbed since i never weighted more than 170 at the fattest i ever been. I more chocked.
So today i decided to hit the gym to lose that fucking weight and stabilized myself. So like i know myself. Not even half through my training i started to shake hardcore. I train too hard and dont eat enough.Which me luck
