its sunday and i feel super the new year is here and i kept my resolution from last year to lose some of my fatness and i did it and started to do more thing to stay in shape. my new resolution is to be the very best dad in the world to my kids!!!! i think that this will be the hardest resolution to do 'cause i am a hard ass (its the military in me) i know that my kids love me and they know that i love them but i want them to also want to be around me and able to realy talk to me about anything.. well i hope that you all hada super new year and that you all stayed safe
