wow put this one in the books i am updating again!!! i was sick as hell yesturday! i litteraly sleept from tuesday night at 9:30 till 11:30 yesturday and then again from about 1:30/2:00 till 6:00 and then again from about 9:30 till this morning 6:00am. I feel much bettter bt can tell its still there but I have to work or my family wont eat! i have been taking vitamin C, echinacea, goldenseal & B12 like they were candy! Well thats it for today... Hope that you all are doing well and staying healthy!
