I love this picture
so yeah! long time no see, huh? I've been pretty busy lately and it's a nice change. school is almost out and I couldn't be more damn excited. my new job is going well, I'm learning the ropes and such. I still have to find a more steady job to last me through the summer... and I'm scared that I won't find one. oh and my weekends have been good lately
wanna hear a funny story? ok well I get home today around 1-ish, take a shower, and decide to go read up at my favorite spot in the city. so I'm laying on my blanket and after about 15 minutes, someone walks by and I recognize him as Jesus_Chrysler, but I am afraid to say anything for fear that it might not be him. he gets about 25 feet past me (maybe not so far but I'm bad with measurements) and I yell his name (his real one, of course) but he doesn't hear me. so he walks around the park and passes me again but on the other side (which isn't very far, but by the time I see that it's him again, he's already too far past me and well, I'm still not 100% sure it's him). at that point I was ready to chalk it up to leaving him a comment on here being like "dude, i think you walked by me TWICE!" but he walks around again and he sees me looking at him, so he walks up to me and goes, "is your name Nicolle?" and I'm like "ok yeah I thought that was you but I wasn't completely sure." so we chatted for a while and then he continued on his walk. it was such a cool and random thing, it made me happy!
so today has been a good day. the past two weeks have been good weeks. the weather has been amazing and winter is finally gone!
in traditional jupiter style, how about i give ya some questions:
1) have you done anything yet to appreciate the fact that there's no more snow? (if you don't live around snow, SHUT UP

A: I have been walking as much as possible, and also reading at my favorite spot
2) tell me all about your SG alias... (even though I already know the story behind most of yours)
A: it's the name of a band that I've never heard, but someone had a buddy icon for them and I liked the name so I stole it!
3) what is the quirkiest thing you own?
A: *looks around* damn it shouldn't be this hard to answer my own question... how about a picture frame in the shape of a crab - I bought it because I'm a cancer... or maybe a book called "the ultimate guide to cunnilingus" that I was going to give to an ex-boyfriend who sucked in bed
4) do you believe in love at first sight?
A: no because love isn't about sight
5) what were you doing before you came on SG just now?
A: walking around Portland
6) what are you going to do after you are done?
A: grab a snack and then maybe go pick up some fruit at the grocery store, then do some homework outside, or just chill outside, it's all up in the air, man
7) what's your lucky/favorite number? why?
A: 6. I'm not really sure why I like it or consider it lucky, but I think it's something to do with the fact that it was my PO Box # all my life...? no clue! I'm just weird

I got home, turned the game on, started feeling sorer, and by sunset i was curled up in the fetal position feeling the onset of a cold. I then didn't fall asleep til like 3 am, bleh. I think I'm getting better though...
