So, today the bike shop and I have decided to go our different ways.
They knew I was thinking about quitting, so they just let me go. How lame is that?

Yea that is a management problem big time. I've seen places like that before. Still don't make it not suck though. If it makes you feel any better I'll bake you some hit fresh Chocolet chip cookies to cheer you up.
