My incredibly insightful and wisdom filled man just had these words to share with me during the midst of our banter about insects and their various roles in our ecosystem...thus bringing about my severe distaste for flies in all their realms of nastiness....I expressed said disdain and asked..."Really...what the fuck do we need flies for?" coldenginelogic replied "Look you don't have to like the flies but you have to respect the fact that they are around to clean up the shit."
