Did you wanna be on Friends Lists? I realize my Journal this year has been -less- than perfect. I've been pretty scattered.

I think it was the first year of that category and they were totally clueless as to what "metal" really was. Say what you want about Metallica, but they probably should have won. Jethro Tull was not metal, nor was that album any good.

Not that it matters...it's been what, 20 years since then and they still make some weird picks. Granted, Slipknot might be a metal band, but I don't know too many metal fans over the age of 14 who thought their last album didn't suck hog balls.
