Yeah, I gotta say, the Replacements are one of the bands I truly regret not being around to see live. I remember reading a story about when they played "Within Your Reach" to a bunch of hardcore punk kids and won them over with it... Paul Westerberg is a fucking BRILLIANT songwriter, and he definitely wasn't limited... they mixed up the loud and soft songs better than any band I've ever heard, pretty much.
