and even as time went by. . .
transmuted hate into enduring love.
When you dwell on fate.
When you pause and think. . .
We are all among the stars.
We are all heavenly creatures.
We are all demons.
Stand upon the shore and bid farewell.
A tear for lonely living children.
The piper took them all away
Leaving me so lonely here.
Alone to answer there questions
As if by surviving I have gained insight.
As if deaths caress revealed things.
Empty hearts and empty minds
Empty voices and hollow times.
You see me and yet you do not.
Look up and meet my gaze speak to me
and maybe for a moment the path will be open
For a moment you and I will touch across the
void
and it will all be good and right and quiet.
