I am not feeling very happy today! 
I started a new job in Dec last year, I am not getting on very well with my boss, and my old company would like me to go back. But it wouldn't be the same position I was in, and therefore less money. But they want to promote me back to the old position within a year. Which is good.
But I don't want to upset my new job people, as they are a small business and it will take a knock if I leave and they have to start training someone else!
What should I do?!!?

Don't reckon everyone's in a position to be self-employed, and even that carries with it the constant headache of getting clients to pay you, and when times are thin, even the self-employed are tempted to line up for exploitation.
That was all cryptically transparent. Don't want to leave you with only bitterness. We always have more power in life and in work than we can ever recognize. Good luck in feeling more and more power every day. No other person or their problems can ever become our problems unless we let them do it, and the only trick is to remember to buy out of the rat race a little more every day.
