The Rules of Run & Throw are quite simple,
1) Place a small object in the middle of a long hallway.
2) Run towards it at full speed (preferably after a few stiff drinks)
3) Attempt to pick up the item in question with the opposite hand you usually operate with
(eg Right handers use left etc)
4) This will result in you looking like a complete retard. See Exhibit A
