I can't stand people with "my way or the highway" attitudes. Not everyone can afford to be vegan, not everyone can physically cut meat and animal by-products completely out of their diets, etc. etc. And some people just choose not to, but like you said, this does not make one person better than the other.

I have a migraine and it just won't go away. I couldn't sleep or eat last night and I had to leave school early today.
This is just killing me. There is so much to do, pain is completely consuming my head now.

Any advice on managing migraines?

I am so sorry that you feel bad. frown I had a migraine last week after having a stress test and I felt like crap for days. I threw up for two whole days and was absolutely miserable. I suffer from chronic migraines, but due to having the Implanon implant in my arm as a birth control method, I am no longer able to use my migraine medication. frown So I totally know what you are going through.
