My First week at FRIGHT NIGHTS was sooooooo much fun. I worked a gig in Seattle Thursday night then went straight to the airport and headed here to West Palm Beach Florida to open the show the next day. Dispite a bit of Jet Lag the first 2 days of shows went great! I'm really impressed with the new performers I've met an beside myself with joy to see all my old pals from Warped Tour/OZZfest. (Especailly Mr Buggles the french bulldog. He's the cutest puppy ever!) Now I'm just settling in to my makeshift home for the next month and getting ready for next weeks shows.

At first I was a bit scared about the shows because I was told that becasue it's an all age show I couldn't strip down to anything less then a bikini, which puts a real damper on my burlesque show. All the rest of the sideshow freaks can eat fire and swallow swords but boobs are too scary for the children.....go figure?! I figured out 2 new acts in which I could strip but not to the point of loosing my job and getting kicked out of the park. One act involves a light up costume that is very "Miss Electra" from Gypsy an the other is a Ballon act that is to a song that Woody Allen play claranet on that was remixed for me by KMFDM. Both are a bit cheesy and I didn't know how they were going to go over. but to my surprize everyone LOVED them. Now I feel great about the show and I'm not nervous anymore.

I have all this time off here since we only do shows Thursday-Saturday and I really want to do another SG set or even better a video while I'm down here but I'm having trouble finding someone to shoot it for me so if anone knows of a cool photographer or video person here in West Palm Beach let me know OK.....?
