So my boyfriend and I are going as steampunks for halloween. We have decided to make our costumes from goodwill finds and add some things to it. Ive bought some fabric and a sweater to see if maybe I can sew some spats or make some sort of leg warmers. I am a complete n00b when it comes to sewing, and have purchased a little handheld "quick stitch" to help. The instructions are worthless Ill post pictures once I get it all worked out.
