Their gov't fucked up. No train should have been running an hour after the first bomb. It took them two hours to realise what had happened and act. That is not readiness.
What the fuck have they been doing for the past four years? No, what have they been doing for the past thirty years? I thought England created an elite anti-terror squad after the fiasco with the 1972(?) Olympics. Or was that just for hostage situations?
I mean, yeah, they're bound to drop the ball sometime, attacks will happen. But four over the course of an hour? The last one should definitely have been on an empty train.

Here's a tip skippy, making it illegal to own books is a shitload more dangerous to present and future security of the world than a handful of psychotic zealots with satchel bombs. Using todays events to cheerlead that tyranny is nothing short of revolting.
